Qulture Support

Download Qulture from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Continue with Google. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in — there's no separate password to remember.

First make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play and have a working internet connection. Then fully close the app and reopen it. If you still can't get in, email us at contact@joinqulture.com with the email you use to sign in and a short description of what happens, and we'll get you sorted.

Tap the ••• (more) menu on any profile, post, or message and choose Report. Tell us what's wrong and submit — our team reviews every report. You can also block a user from the same menu to immediately stop all contact. For urgent safety concerns, email us at contact@joinqulture.com.

Location powers nearby people, events, and hotspots — the core of Qulture. Camera and photo access let you capture and share posts. Contacts access (optional) helps you find friends already on Qulture. You can grant or revoke any of these anytime in your device's Settings, and the app keeps working with them turned off.

Open your iPhone Settings, scroll to Qulture, tap Notifications, and adjust them there. You can also fine-tune what you hear about from inside the app under Settings.

Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, and messages. If you can't access the app, email contact@joinqulture.com from your registered email address and we'll process the deletion for you.
